The number one goal of everyone in our team is to make our Clients exceptionally happy. Our Summer Intern Technician plays an important role in making sure that happens.
The Summer Intern Technician will work closely with our Service Delivery team to complete maintenance tasks across our entire customer base.
Some tasks performed include:
- Computer system updates
- Network Cabling
- Switch Upgrades
- Remote Support
Summer Interns will be introduced to a variety of technical situations to help them learn where they fit in best and give them an idea of where they want to go in their IT career.
Summer Intern positions have the possibility of being converted to Full-time or Part time positions after the Internship is completed.
Program Dates:
May 15th - August 15th.
Responsibilities
- Providing first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticket
- Provide basic remote or on-site troubleshooting
- Follow our SOPs and Processes
- Make sure customer issues don't become "stale"
- Be eager to learn new things
Must Have
- A love of Solving Problems and Challenges
- Great Communication Skills
- Able to type quickly and accurately while talking on the phone
- Deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
- Driver's License
- Ability to keep up with the fast-paced IT world
Nice to have
- Experience using a ticketing system / RMM tool
- Experience providing technical support
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 Platform
- Professional IT Certifications
- Client Experience Certifications such as Helpdesk Habits
